Founder
The Kowalski Funeral Home was established at its current location at 515 Roselle Street, Linden, New Jersey, by John E. Kowalski Jr. during the 1950's. He built his business from the ground up, and was truly an inspiration to his family. He believed in old fashioned ideas, like Service, Commitment, Caring, Tradition and Faith. Before his passing in 2000, he instilled those qualities in those he loved, and they can be found to this day within the services we hold at Kowalski Funeral Home

I realize that my strength comes from our family and I know that the same is true for you. It was through my father that I was taught the values of family and tradition. As a result, I've steadily built my reputation on my genuine concern for the families I serve. I want you to know that I am here to help you. I spend time with the families I serve. I follow through when I say I will and I am truly committed and have great pride in my profession as a funeral director. I go to great lengths to make sure that no detail is overlooked and I honor all special requests, so that each service is a personal reflection of the style or character of the deceased, as well as the surviving family members. So please, when a loss occurs, let my family be your strength.
Kowalski Funeral Home is one of the largest facilities in the Union County area. I provide a broad range of professional services personally tailored to meet your needs and your budget. I also have a variety of pre-arranged funeral programs available.
