Linda
Dear Terry,
I am sending you a heartfelt “Thank You” for all you have done for me at the saddest time of my life. When my husband and I came to your office you made us feel so comfortable and calm. Thank you for the beautiful blanket. I never saw anything like it before and it means so much to me. My Mom is upstairs now in her bedroom. I go up there and talk to her everyday. I know that I will see her again and hold her hand in Heaven.
Thanks again, you are one in a million.
Lots of Love,
Eileen Ferenzi

Terry,
Once again we would like to thank you for all you did. The beautiful words that you spoke on the morning of the funeral, the copies of the letters, the Angel pins, the books that you sent and the most touching and beautiful, the words on the blanket that you also sent us. No words can explain the deep appreciation for all you do!
Thank you & God bless you and your family!
Josephine & Tommy
Terry,
Thank you for everything you did to make Mike’s services so beautiful. Everything went so smoothly and I knew he was in good hands of someone who knew and cared about him. He really received the best – he deserved it. When Mike passed away, we were leaving the hospital and my brother Mike said he would call the funeral home and I said Kowalski’s without even to have to think about it, with no hesitation at all. We also appreciate all your special touches and genuine concern for us.
Joan Palay
Terry,
You are a very special lady, our friends and relatives all commented on the way you greeted all of us like we were your family. No one had ever experiences this from a funeral director before. It was so wonderful to have this special caring at such a difficult time. Thank you for the loving care you gave my sister Lorraine most of all.
God Bless you and thank you again for the wonderful poem you shared with us.
Christine
Dear Terry
I just received the throw blanket you sent. I have put off writing thank you cards, but I felt I had to write this today.
First I want to thank you for the excellent way you orchestrated my wife’s funeral every thing was perfect and I am totally happy with the way every aspect was covered perfectly.
Second I want to commend you on attaining the perfect mixture of compassion and business that is a rare quality today. I want to thank you for all you did.
Respectfully,
Dennis McBride

Dear Terry,
On behalf of our family, we would like to thank you for everything you did for Aunt Adele’s funeral.
Words cannot express our deepest feelings – your kind words of individual comfort to each and every one of us, your smiling face, beautiful speaking voice, thorough explanations, personal reflections, laminated obituary cards, etc., etc…
You certainly went above and beyond at this difficult and sorrowful time of our lives and we wish to thank you form the bottom of our hearts!
With gratitude and love,
Arlene Rozborski Zelonis and family
Teresa,
Thank you so much for everything you did for Jimmy – before, during & after the funeral. I cannot express how grateful I am. The “throw” blanket, the grieving book and the poem show just how caring and thoughtful you are – above and beyond all your help and guidance.
Michele
Dear Terry,
There aren’t enough words to say to you how I feel about what you did for our Mother “Norma Jean”.
From the day of making arrangements to the very end – you made it all so bearable for us to deal with. Your kindness, compassion and humor made it all feel so right. The words you spoke, the breaks you gave us in the cost- just you being there first as our family friend meant everything.
Thank you Terry for all you did for us - our mother looked beautiful and we are forever grateful to you. Our mother would have been so deeply touched. To think she didn’t want to come to you because you knew her. I don’t know what else to say - just know I am grateful. Also, the blanket – it is absolutely beautiful and meant so much to our Dad. We put it over the back of their loveseat which the colors match the loveseat. If I left out anything I’m sorry – just thank you dear friend.
Love,
Jo-Ann
Terry-

Dear Terry-
I am usually not at a loss for words, but expressing my appreciation for all of your kindness & calm during all the arrangements is finding me a little short since Thank You just doesn’t seem sufficient!
From both far & near – Florida to New Jersey everything went so smoothly! Everyone was so pleased with the service at the gravesite. I am disappointed we missed it – but am so very relieved that it was beautiful.
Our appreciation is boundless ---
Thank you.

God sent an angel to help ease the pain and stress of families when they lose a loved one.
Terry, you’re our angel. Your calming and caring manner helped us through the wake and funeral days. Sending love to Nana in heaven, via balloons, added a special touch for my grandchildren.

Dear Terri,
I’m writing to thank you for all of your kind words at Uncle Walter’s services. You really reminded me of some very happy memories that I experienced as a child. Describing the neighborhood as an “inter-family” really captured the essence of that special time. I will miss Uncle Walter and Aunt Marion, but will always remember their love in that house in that street in that wonderful neighborhood. Thanks again for ensuring everything went smoothly and for all of your kind words.
Warm regards,
Marion Velocci
Dear Teresa,
Thank you for every thing. You did a nice sermon for Aunt Helen. Thank you and your family.
Sincerely,
Helen & Stephen Tocco
Dear Terry-
I’m writing to thank & commend you on all that you did to make my dad’s funeral services so special. It felt like you were one of the family, yet your professionalism was outstanding. I cannot tell you how many people noticed and commented on it (and there were many people there!), or how many whom I have boasted to.
Many people are not fortunate enough to live out their true calling. I think you are. You made such a difficult time so special, and one that, we will always remember fondly.
Thank you again. It meant a lot to all of us.
Sincerely,
Karen Moore
